Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandise Processor to join our team at our corporate office in Pasadena. This role is ideal for someone with inventory or retail experience who has worked with product tagging and thrives in an independent, structured environment.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Receive incoming stock and reconcile products against invoices
• Verify accuracy of item tags by cross-checking with system data
• Prepare and process merchandise for return to manufacturers
• Assist with distribution and shipment of products to retail locations
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity in Excel and internal systems

• Previous experience in inventory, merchandising, or retail environments (preferred)
• Experience with tagging merchandise is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and stay focused on task completion
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines

• Background check required
