We are searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills. We are growing rapidly and offer opportunities for advancement—from sales roles to management and franchise ownership.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and telephone.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and ability to give correct change.
• Ability to work with a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Motor coordination for handling food and equipment.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients and maintain inventory.
• Prepare product and receive deliveries.
• Process telephone orders and take on‑site orders.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Maintain safety standards and handle hazardous materials as required.

Work may involve varying weather, temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+, fumes, and exposure to cornmeal dust. Employees may work in cramped walk‑in cooler areas, handle hot surfaces up to 500°F, and operate moving mechanical parts.
