Retail Customer Service Representative (Pawnbroker)

EZCORP is seeking motivated team members to serve customers in a retail environment, processing loans, sales, and extensions while maintaining a friendly, courteous atmosphere.

• Greet customers and provide excellent service via in‑person or phone interactions.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions in accordance with company policies.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Maintain knowledge of commonly pawned items.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Knowledge of pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics (a plus).
• Sales background or bilingual skills are a plus.

• Pay range: $11.00–$15.00 per hour.
• 12‑week Store Manager in Training program available after experience.
• Uncapped bonus potential based on store and individual performance.
