• Welcome all customers, set expectations with customers
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses
• Acts as a leader in optical acumen
• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions
• Use technology accurately despite time pressure and customer volume; demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and use appropriate tools
• Proactively explore root causes of issues, forward‑think, and ensure customers are satisfied and expectations are exceeded with solutions
• Multitask, prioritize, and manage time amid competing priorities
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies
• Maintain store appearance, keeping it clean, attractive, and organized
• Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices
• Resourceful, self‑motivated, with a desire for continual learning and improvement
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management

• High school graduate or equivalent
• State licensure
• Optical dispensing experience
• Strong customer service skills: communication, listening, and team building
• Knowledge of current store merchandise
• Strong basic math skills
• Awareness of current fashion trends
• Ability to sell: use and carry an iPad/tablet
• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators
• Embrace new technology and change

• Previous customer service and retail experience

Pay Range: 25.02‑39.02
