• Being the next generation Business Relationship Officer at East West Bank means you are part of a world-class team that focuses on delivering a high quality, high-touch, and high-tech relationship banking experience across all customer touchpoints.
• As Relationship Officer, you will play a key role in managing and retaining existing customers and cultivating new relationships with customers to expand East West Bank’s customer base to grow assets, loans, and deposits.
• Work with internal business partners to facilitate the connection to customers to help them with specialized financial needs.

• Bachelor’s degree or business relevant associate degree such as business management, admin or finance preferred
• 3+ years in commercial lending and/or consultative relationship sales role in a related industry with proven sales track record
• In-depth knowledge of banks, credit and deposit products; experience in international activities between U.S. and Greater China preferred
• Strong sales and service skills including prospecting and networking.
• Proven success in establishing new clients, deepening customer relationships, and delivering results
• Strong financial acumen and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Able to manage client concerns
• Has the ability to learn and adapt to latest information and technology platforms
• Strong desire and capability to influence, educate and connect team, partners, and customers to technology

The base pay range for this position is USD $71,000.00/Yr.
