As an Assistant Store Manager in our insurance office, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily branch operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, achieving business goals, and ensuring smooth workflow for staff and clients
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support sales staff in offering nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, ensuring sales production goals are consistently met.
- Assist in training staff on effective solicitation of new business, account management, and retention strategies to help the branch achieve or exceed target objectives.
- Champion proactive relationship-building with clients. Guide and mentor team members in customer engagement, ensuring all customers are educated about available products that best meet their insurance needs.
- Accurately oversee currency transactions, coordinate timely delivery of deposits to the bank, and maintain proper documentation within the agency management system according to company guidelines.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high standard of service and compliance with company policies. Support the Office Manager with scheduling, administrative reporting, and compliance tracking to ensure agency operations run smoothly.
- Contribute to business expansion by identifying new opportunities for growth and mentoring staff in developing sales leads.
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a Personal Lines or Property and Casualty insurance license.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to support a diverse client base.
- Demonstrates experience in sales, customer service, or team supervision.
- Has a high school diploma or GED.
- Possesses strong relationship-building skills with both colleagues and customers.
- Excels in follow-up, multi-tasking, and demonstrates ambition for career advancement.
- Brings excellent written and verbal communication abilities to the team environment.
- Shows enthusiasm for supporting a positive work culture and achieving office-wide results.
