The Sales Lead is a high-touch, relationship-driven role that supports an elevated clientele through personalized sleep consultations, private fittings, and exceptional service. This position blends luxury service, design collaboration, and wellness-oriented product expertise. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a refined, service-first environment and enjoys helping people make meaningful wellness-driven decisions for their sleep solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver concierge-level service, managing relationships, and helping clients navigate our handcrafted product line with confidence and ease
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Custom Comfort Mattress construction, materials, and accessories, especially how to match sleep solutions to body type, sleep habits, and wellness considerations based on the customer’s interests.
- Coordinate and conduct appointment-based fittings, personalized sleep consultations, private fittings and follow-up communication to maintain strong professional relationships
- Support showroom operations during non-appointment periods, including walk-in client service, merchandising upkeep, and maintaining showroom standards that reflect a luxury environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team and support staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth administrative flow.
- Maintain a flexible schedule aligned with client needs, including occasional early-morning, evening, or weekend appointments
- Minimum 3 years in luxury retail, concierge services, hospitality, wellness consultation, design-adjacent sales, or other high-touch client-facing roles
- Minimum of 1 year in a Supervisory role highly preferred
- Exposure to wellness, sleep coaching, fitness, or health education roles preferred
- Availability to work onsite 10am-6pm, 5 days per week including weekends and occasional holidays with 2 weekdays off per week.
- Proven ability to guide clients through decision-making with an educational, consultative approach
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to navigate sensitive or high-profile situations with confidence and calm in a customer facing setting
- Professional presentation that aligns with a refined showroom environment
- Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with others

- Hourly rate starts from $25/hour + individual monthly sales incentive bonuses.
- After 90 days, you are required to meet minimum monthly revenue goals.
- Hourly rate can increase quarterly as you exceed quarterly revenue goals up to $43/hr.
- Sales Lead average hourly rate across Southern California is $35/hr and total compensation (hourly rate + monthly bonuses) can range from $75,000 to $110,000+.
