Responsibilities- Travel within the assigned territory, collaborating with Restaurant Depot locations to introduce corporate POS, payment terminal, online ordering platforms and payment processing solutions to restaurant owners.
- Schedule in-person appointments at client restaurants and businesses to demonstrate how these solutions streamline operations and boost revenue.
- Support the deployment of systems at client locations and provide hands-on training to ensure smooth integration and optimal use.
- Field / Outside Sales experience, ideally B2B sales - working with small to medium-sized clients.
- Ideally experience with Restaurant Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions and online ordering platforms such as Toast, Spot On, Clover / Bento Box, Square, Touch Bistro, Revel, Lightspeed, NCR Voyix / Aloha, Micros (Oracle MICROS), Heartland, Talech, Lavu, Olo, Chow Now, etc.
- If no POS sales experience, training on the specific products and services will be provided. The key qualification is prior experience selling to small businesses and the ability to prospect for new clients in that market. Relevant experience in food service/hospitality, telecommunications, facility services, office supplies, merchant services, security solutions, logistics, etc. is acceptable if you can demonstrate prospecting and selling to small businesses—even if they were restaurants or similar establishments.
