V3 Advertising is growing our Los Angeles team and hiring full-time Entry Level Sales & Outreach Representatives. This is an in-person role focused on community campaigns and nonprofit partnerships. You don’t need sales experience — we hire for attitude and train the skills.

What the Role Actually Looks LikeWe believe job seekers deserve transparency, so here’s what a typical week looks like:
- Team meetings at our office Monday–Wednesday (business casual)
- Work at retail locations and community events across Los Angeles County
- Represent national nonprofit campaigns at pop-up booths and event setups
- Work directly with the public, building communication and leadership skills
- No door-to-door sales. No residential knocking.
This role is event and retail-location based.
Schedule- Mon–Wed: 9:30am – 6:30pm
- Thu–Fri: 10:30am – 6:30pm
- Weekends off
Local travel within LA County only. A car helps but is not required, and we provide daily gas reimbursement.

Compensation & Growth- Guaranteed base pay + commission + bonuses
