Essential Functions:
Lead account development, design-in activities, and market break-in for various product lines.
Foster customer relationships that generate new business opportunities, in coordination with sales and sales management.
Forecast and achieve monthly order targets; analyze monthly business performance.
Identify customer needs and industry trends to build a short-, medium-, and long-term sales pipeline aligned with targets.
Manage proposal responses, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and cross‑functional input gathering.
Support the development of sales collateral, deliver sales training, and assist in trade show activities.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Self‑sufficient and able to work independently while maintaining a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, especially time‑sensitive customer and sales requests.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with a focus on customer engagement.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 35%, both domestically and internationally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in military and aerospace, or relevant industry.
- Prior experience with Interconnect, Cable or Wire Harness assemblies.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Marketing, or equivalent relevant work experience.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 annually. Actual base salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in Amphenol PCD’s 5/10 Incentive Compensation Plan.
