A client of Innova Solutions is hiring for a Business Sales Consultant
. This Full-time, Direct-Hire role is located in Pasadena, CA (Hybrid). The position focuses on building new client relationships and selling PEO services to mid-size and commercial accounts.

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new clients
• Profile and manage  daily
• Self-generation and BD R-generated warm leads
• Develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners
• Identify and establish potential channel partners
• Establish 150 - 200+ new connections each week
• Maintain and exceed monthly performance indicators
• Collaborate with C-Suite level professionals on business needs to introduce, expand and sell products and services
• Represent Innova Solutions as a leading PEO provider
• Adhere to Core Competencies and Core Values
• Handle special projects as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field and/or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of complex solutions-based sales experience or 2+ years in outside sales
• 3-5+ years in a business environment
• PEO consulting experience (preferred, not required)
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Proven track record in consultative and solution-based sales
• Ability to identify, establish and develop new complex sales opportunities
• Strong prospecting and hunter mindset

Salary Range: $95K - $100K base salary + benefits + uncapped bonus. Pay range is based on education, experience, location, duties, certifications, etc.
