Responsibilities
- Build client relationships, secure new orders from new customers, maintain and expand business with existing client base.
- Communicate proactively with and respond promptly to clients.
- Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
- Develop and execute a call plan for the area assigned to include calls and appointments with qualified real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and attorneys.
- Assess individual client needs, develop, present and implement a plan to meet those needs.
- Be highly visible in marketing area by attending real estate industry functions and participating in community events.
- Display or demonstrate product using samples or catalog, emphasizing salable features.
- Create or adapt and deliver group and individual presentations to customer groups, target customers, cooperating agents, and others.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of successful residential title/real estate industry experience.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives.
- Diplomacy and tact.
- Persistence, tenacity, consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Adapt strategy to changing conditions.
- Understanding of market and competition, ability to identify threats and opportunities.
- Persuasive and influence skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Professional appearance and positive company image.
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
