Outbound Sales Representative (JN

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative with experience selling services in either the education sector or other professional service industries. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating leads, conducting high-volume outbound calls, building relationships, and closing sales in both B2B and B2C environments. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Salary: $24 - $28 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients and customers.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting activities.
- Present and promote company services to potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through closing.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Minimum 2+ years of outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development experience.
- Proven success selling services in a B2B and/or B2C environment.
- Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales.
- Ability to manage high call volumes and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent follow-through and time management skills.
- Experience in education services, staffing, consulting, or other service-based industries is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong closing and objection-handling abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and sales quotas.
- Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, high-volume sales environment.
Monday
- Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.
