Job Overview

Vector Marketing is seeking part‑time sales representatives for its Cutco product line. The role requires one‑on‑one appointments to explain products and place orders.

• Base pay of $28.00 per appointment, not tied to sales volume.
• Additional commission opportunities based on performance.
• Guaranteed pay for work performed even during low‑activity weeks.

• Flexible schedule designed to fit students, family obligations, or extra income needs.
• Summer seasonal schedules available.
• Local work following initial training, office meetings, and ongoing training.

• Conduct one‑on‑one product presentations for Cutco kitchen and outdoor tool products.
• Explain product features and answer customer questions.
• Place and process orders accurately.
• Maintain a positive, engaging customer experience.
• Meet scheduled appointments and follow company protocols.

• Age 18+ (or 17 with a 2026 high‑school graduation).
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of working with others.
• Ability to schedule interview within a week.
• Willingness to learn and apply new sales skills.

• No prior sales, home‑goods, or other industry experience required.
• Past experience in retail, food service, cashier, administrative, or similar fields is an advantage but not essential.
