V3 Advertising is hiring full-time Entry-Level Sales & Outreach Representatives in Los Angeles.

No experience needed. We hire for attitude. We train the skills.

• Work at retail locations and community events across LA County
• Represent national nonprofit campaigns at pop-up booths
• Talk to people face-to-face and build real communication skills
• Learn sales, leadership, and performance tracking

No door-to-door sales.

No residential knocking.

No cold-calling from a cubicle.

This role is event-based and retail-location based only.

• Mon–Wed: 9:30am–6:30pm
• Thu–Fri: 10:30am–6:30pm
• Weekends off.

Local travel within LA County only. Gas reimbursement provided. A car helps but is not required.

• Guaranteed base pay + commission + bonuses
• Average weekly earnings for new reps: $750–$1250
• Promotions based on performance — not seniority
