Responsibilities Build and Develop Client Relationships- Identify and connect with decision-makers through phone, email, social media, virtual meetings, and in‑person networking.
- Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and prospects.
- Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, Linked In, industry events, and targeted outreach.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Understand client hiring and workforce challenges.
- Present staffing and recruiting solutions tailored to client needs.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account value.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with recruiting teams to deliver exceptional service and successful placements.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and hiring demands.
- Participate in trade associations, professional organizations, and networking events.
- Represent JBA as a trusted staffing and workforce solutions partner.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or B2B sales.
- Experience with in Legal, Engineering, IT, Professional Services, Finance, or related industries is a plus.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong prospecting and lead‑generation skills using tools such as Linked In, Zoom, email campaigns, and networking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage executives, hiring managers, and key stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Linked In, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Self‑motivated, energetic, and results‑oriented.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
