- Serve as the Sales Representative for the third-party New Seller Recruitment Team, launching new accounts with brand owners, distributors, resellers, and independently owned businesses to list and sell products to business customers in the Amazon Business store.
- Own the complete sales cycle from pipeline development through closing the sale and post-close engagement.
- Develop and execute a launch playbook for the scaled recruitment and growth of prioritized B2B selection.
- Develop and manage launch plans in tandem with customer teams, category teams, OEMs / Brands, distributors, operations, integration, account management, and marketing teams.
- Identify and build relationships with key influencers and decision makers within prospect targets.
- Drive seller performance improvements using targeted levers across selection, listing quality, pricing, and fulfillment.
This in-office role can be based in one of the following locations:
Seattle, WA;
Austin, TX;
Phoenix, AZ;
Boston, MA;
New York, NY; or Arlington, VA.
- 2+ years of professional or military experience.
- 2+ years of B2B Sales experience building prospect pipeline using Salesforce or a similar CRM software.
- Ecommerce Sales experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $43,300 per year in our lowest geographic market up to $92,600 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
