HP PC Sales Representative

Overview

Become a part-time HP PC Sales Representative at Best Buy (125 – Pasadena, CA 91107). This role focuses on engaging customers with premium PCs and related accessories. Pay is $19.00 per hour (location & experience), with a consistent weekend schedule (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) up to 14 hours per week.

• Engage with customers, showcasing the latest premium PC features and AI technology.
• Build and maintain relationships with store associates to drive revenue growth.
• Train retail store associates on HP products, accessories, and services, emphasizing PC innovation.
• Maintain merchandising for cleanliness, functionality, and demo readiness.
• Report sales performance and provide competitive insights.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1‑year job experience (retail or customer service); 6 months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience is preferred.
• Outgoing personality with a strong appetite to learn and demonstrate products.
• Ability to engage in a sales process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services, with a focus on premium PCs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Commitment to customer confidentiality and integrity.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
