Director of Business Development

Role

Summary:

In this role, you will focus on the Interim and Project Services Practice side, playing a keypartin developing andmaintaininglong-term relationships with industry leaders and clients. This position is critical to expanding new and existing opportunities and requires detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a results-driven, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will excel in high-volume cold calling and generation of new business leads.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who already have an establishednetworkand are eager to continue their growth within a staffing firm while leading a team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and cultivate relationships with specific target accounts in designated geographical areas.

Work with clients toidentifyfutureprojects,assignments,and interim roleswithinaccounting and finance.

Managenew and existingaccountsthrough frequent communication and client visits.

Communicatecross-functionally with internal teamsregardingadditionalneeds and upcoming engagements.

Negotiate contracts and ensure documentation is executed.

Support office goals byparticipatingin team meetings, where you will discuss theprojectpipeline and marketing strategies.

Lead and coach the BD team and junior associates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required.

5+ years of professional experience in business developmentandsales, preferably within staffing.

Backgroundinaccounting and financeishighly preferred.

Compensation:

Base Salary:
The base salary range is $100,000 – $120,000/year DOE. The total compensation will typically range from $120,000 to 350,000/year.

Incentive Structure:
This role includes a base salary plus commission structure, both designed to reward performance with unlimited earning potential.
