Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Zeno Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced, licensed insurance professional to join our Pasadena office as a full-time sales agent.

This position combines the security of a dependable hourly base with commission opportunities designed to reward production. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking with people, understands how to identify insurance needs and is comfortable turning those conversations into sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate has insurance sales experience and understands that long-term success comes from a combination of production, customer relationships and consistent follow-through.

This is an in-office position for someone who wants to sell and grow-not a remote or primarily account-management position.

• Quote and sell personal-lines insurance products
• Work with prospective and existing customers to identify insurance needs and opportunities
• Follow up consistently on quotes, leads and sales opportunities
• Cross-sell additional products when appropriate
• Develop customer relationships and referral opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of customer contacts and sales activity
• Work with agency staff to provide a strong customer experience from quote through policy issuance
• Work toward established individual sales and activity goals

• Active California Property & Casualty insurance license
• Previous insurance sales experience
• Comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Comfortable prospecting, following up and asking for the business
• Interest in growing compensation through successful production
• Ability to work in our Pasadena office Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.
  
  -5:30 p.m.
• Bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred.
