Experimental Scientist – Quantum Computer Design
We are actively hiring experimental scientists to take part in designing, building, and operating fault‑tolerant neutral atom quantum computers. This role focuses on the design, construction, and operation of the quantum computer, working closely with the quantum error correction and algorithms theory team. The position will lead the construction of complex AMO systems and oversee a team of engineering technicians.
Qualifications and Experience- Prior experience in experimental quantum science is desirable but not required.
- Experience at post‑bachelor, master’s, PhD, or beyond levels is welcomed.
- Must want to build a quantum computer.
- Must work well in a highly collaborative team environment.
- Compensation: $200,000–$300,000 per year, depending on experience.
