Security Officer Foot Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a cultural institution location;
Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant activity according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout galleries, exhibit areas, public spaces, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and staff movement, and/or report maintenance, policy, or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel;
Support museum operations during opening, closing, special events, and/or high-traffic periods by following post orders and communicating professionally with guests, staff, and first responders
