Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas, assisting staff, visitors, and patients with access-related questions and/or reporting concerns according to post instructions;
Support daily operations by observing activity, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and/or following Allied Universal protocols for escalations and incident communication
