Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, entry points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and report suspicious activity, property damage, maintenance concerns, and policy violations in accordance with site procedures.;
Prepare clear and accurate reports regarding incidents, patrols, observations, and interactions with tenants, visitors, and/or emergency responders.
