Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate campus personnel and/or emergency responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in accordance with site-specific procedures;
Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities
