We’re not hiring just plumber. We’re looking for the plumber who wants to leave their mark — someone ready to help launch and lead a brand-new plumbing division inside one of Pasadena’s fastest-growing home service companies.

We are rapidly expanding and looking for a reliable plumber with both new construction as well as service skills.

• Ground-floor leadership:
  You’re not walking into someone else’s mess — you’re helping build the plumbing department from day one.
• Your fingerprints on everything:
  From how the vans are stocked to how calls are run, you’ll have a say in it.

• Leadership training included:

• Handle installs, service, and repairs for residential & light commercial plumbing (water heaters, re-pipes, fixtures, drains, etc.)
• Help lead new construction projects
• Provide next-level service that turns customers into raving fans
• Mentor and train future plumbing hires as we scale

• Proven journeyman-level plumbing skills (CA licensing preferred)
• Ability to run jobs start-to-finish without hand-holding
• A mindset for building, improving, and growing — not just clocking in
• Professionalism, customer-first attitude, and pride in your craft
• Valid driver’s license & clean record
