We’re not hiring just another plumber. We’re looking for the plumber who wants to leave their mark — someone ready to help launch and lead a brand-new plumbing division inside one of Pasadena’s fastest-growing home service companies.
We are rapidly expanding and looking for a reliable plumber with both new construction as well as service skills.

Handle installs, service, and repairs for residential & light commercial plumbing (water heaters, re-pipes, fixtures, drains, etc.)
Help lead new construction projects
Provide next-level service that turns customers into raving fans
Mentor and train future plumbing hires as we scale
What We NeedProven journeyman-level plumbing skills (CA licensing preferred)
Ability to run jobs start-to-finish without hand-holding
A mindset for building, improving, and growing — not just clocking in
Professionalism, customer-first attitude, and pride in your craft
Valid driver’s license & clean record
