The Role:

Residential Lead HVAC Installer This is a leadership-level install role for someone who takes ownership of the job from start to finish.

You won’t be babysat. You won’t be micromanaged.

You’ll be trusted to lead installs at a high standard and expected to execute at that level every time.

You’ll be the one setting the tone on site.

What You’ll Be Doing Leading full residential HVAC installations from start to finish

Installing systems including:

Gas/electric split systems

Package units

Heat pumps

Ductwork

Ductless mini-splits

Floor and wall furnaces

Ensuring every job meets Air Tech’s quality and safety standards—no shortcuts

Communicating clearly with customers and team members

Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional at all times

Representing craftsmanship, pride, and accountability on every install

Working within a team that expects consistency, ownership, and excellence

Who This Is For This is for you if:

You have 5+ years of HVAC installation experience and can run full systems independently

You’ve become the “go-to guy” on jobs—but haven’t been fully challenged or developed

Qualifications5+ years of HVAC installation experience EPA Certification Valid driver’s license with clean DMV record

Ability to run complete installations independently

Strong understanding of safety and quality standards

Ability to read and communicate clearly in English Strong customer service and communication skills
