Falls of Las Villas in Pasadena is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Floater to provide hands-on maintenance support across multiple communities within the assigned portfolio. You may train onsite technicians and perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, appliances and carpentry to keep properties in top condition.
The role requires at least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience, EPA 608 certification, and a valid driver's license for travel between properties.
