The Roving Maintenance Technician at Abode Communities will travel daily to multiple properties across Los Angeles, ensuring upkeep and functionality. You will complete work orders, turnover units, perform pre-inspections, and assist with repairs in line with company procedures.
We seek candidates with at least five years of general maintenance experience, strong HVAC/plumbing/electrical/carpentry skills, and the ability to read, write, and speak English.
