Lead Application Developer – Pasadena, CA

We are seeking a Lead Application Developer to design and implement enterprise solutions, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and lead software development efforts.

• Participate in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including planning, construction, testing, review, and demonstration.
• Work with clients, product managers, analysts, architects, UX designers, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement IT solutions.
• Develop and review software requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test, configure, and deploy software.
• Plan and document technical specifications for features or system design.
• Write testable, scalable, and efficient code; lead code reviews and code quality checks.
• Direct the development team in designing, developing, coding, testing, and debugging applications.
• Ensure adherence to software quality standards.
• Develop and enhance software programs and data structures that meet business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of related experience (Master’s degree may substitute 2 years of experience).
• Hands‑on experience with Angular or React
  
  JS, NodeJS, unit testing frameworks (JUnit, NUnit, Jasmine/Karma, Chai/Mocha, Jest), JavaScript, Type Script, HTML/CSS, OOP, design patterns, and application architectures.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio Code or Intelli
  
  J IDE, and experience building Restful and SOAP‑based web services (JSON and XML).
