Job Summary

This candidate will assist research labs with implementing agentic AI workflows
Essential Job Duties

• Organize requests for AI workflows required by research labs, including agentic workflows.
• Research current implementations of these workflows and offerings from the top AI companies.
• Test these implementations side by side in a "sandbox" environment.
• Identify routine and rare errors that are consequential and select optimal models and implementations.
• Document findings.
• Assist researchers in implementing these workflows and provide feedback and support during implementation.

Basic Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• Experience with long-context, deep-thinking AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Pro).
• Basic coding experience.
• Ability to work in teams and ability to understand requirements of other people and then help them reach their goals, as is needed for AI implementation and validation.
• Ability to complete intense, repetitive, boring tasks (e.g. multiple rounds of repetitive validation to catch any rare but consequential mistakes made by AI).
• Ability to maintain strong and sustained attention span over several hours, while not making mistakes and simultaneously detecting mistakes made by AI.
• Ability to think quickly and precisely and then express these thoughts with high precision, as is needed for prompt construction.
• Ability to rapidly review logic and arguments in real time and detect flaws, as is needed in reviewing chain-of-thought (CoT) notes during AI "thinking".
• Ability to communicate.

• Experience functioning in high-pressure, high-stakes environments.

Hiring Range

$19.00 - $22.00 Per Hour

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
