AI Engineer

This role combines hands‑on engineering with technical leadership and will play a key role in designing, building, and operationalizing AI‑powered solutions across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in software engineering, data engineering, cloud architecture, and modern Generative AI technologies. You will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, and risk stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions that drive measurable business impact.

• Design and deploy enterprise AI and Generative AI applications.
• Build Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and agentic workflows.
• Develop APIs and cloud‑native services using Python and Azure technologies.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms and workflows.
• Establish engineering standards, testing frameworks, and deployment processes.
• Evaluate LLM platforms and AI tooling for enterprise use cases.
• Partner with cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and business teams.
• Mentor engineers and help shape future AI engineering capabilities.

• 10+ years of software engineering, data engineering, or AI experience.
• Strong Python development expertise.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud architecture.
• Deep Azure experience including Databricks, Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, and ADLS.
• Hands‑on experience building production AI applications.
• Experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic frameworks.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience working within regulated industries.

• Experience establishing enterprise AI programs.
• MLOps or LLMOps expertise.
• Enterprise search and knowledge management experience.
• Experience with intelligent document processing.
• Advanced degree in a related field.
