People Soft SQR Developer

Location: Pasadena, CA (Onsite – Local Candidates Only)

Contract Length: 12+ Months

Rate: $60 per hour on W2

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced People Soft SQR Developer for a long-term onsite W2 contract opportunity in Pasadena, CA. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands‑on People Soft technical expertise with deep knowledge of SQR development and People Tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain SQR programs for People Soft applications
• Work closely with business, functional, and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues; perform root cause analysis
• Optimize SQR and SQL queries for performance improvement
• Support enhancements, upgrades, patches, and integrations across People Soft modules
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation

Required

Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of People Soft development experience
• Expertise in SQR, People Tools, People Code, Application Engine
• Strong SQL and relational database experience
• Experience supporting People Soft Financials and/or HCM environments
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
• Ability to perform independently in a fast-paced environment
