Industrial Labourer at GFL St. John's

Join the GFL team in St. John's, NL as an Industrial Labourer. This role supports hydro-excavation and line flushing operations while ensuring high safety and operational standards.

GFL is currently seeking laborers for its facility in St. John’s. As an Industrial Labourer, you will receive in-house training and engage in various responsibilities such as hydro-excavating soil and operating vacuum trucks. Your job includes working with high-pressure water and participating in an on-call schedule as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment to GFL safety standards

• Hydro-excavate soil around water/sewer lines

• Flush sewer mains using high-pressure water

• Perform vehicle maintenance and cleaning

• Assist in offloading debris from tanks

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to participate in on-call support

• Strong independence and teamwork skills

• Pass pre-employment drug testing

• Legally eligible to work in Canada
