* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
**** GIFT PROCESSING & DONOR SERVICES
*** Accurately enter and maintain all gifts and constituent data in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge in accordance with established protocols.
* Process all aspects of donations, including gift entry, acknowledgments, linkages (events, appeals, proposals, soft credits), and donor follow-up.
* Ensure timely and accurate acknowledgment of all philanthropic gifts.
* Run and distribute weekly and monthly gift reports; support accurate tracking and reporting across the Philanthropy team.
* Coordinate with Finance on daily adjustments, monthly reconciliations, and audit-related documentation.
* Respond promptly and professionally to donor inquiries related to giving history, recognition, and documentation.
* Support ongoing database quality control, data integrity, and record maintenance.
** DONOR RESEARCH & FUNDRAISING SUPPORT
*** Utilize research tools to gather insights on donors and prospects to support fundraising strategy and outreach.
* Provide administrative and logistical support for fundraising initiatives and signature events.
* Represent the Philanthropy team with professionalism and a donor-centered approach.
** EXECUTIVE & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
*** Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination of internal requests.
* Provide general office support, including answering phones and managing administrative workflows.
* Collaborate closely with Philanthropy staff and provide cross-functional support as directed by the Executive Director and Director of Philanthropy.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
*** High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
* Minimum of four years of administrative or data entry experience, including at least two years using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience in fundraising operations, donor services, or nonprofit administration strongly preferred.
* Experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge preferred; must complete Raiser’s Edge Fundamentals certification within six months of hire.
* Demonstrated attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a positive, service-oriented mindset.
** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
*** Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive donor and organizational information.
* Proficiency in data management, reporting, and list generation using donor databases.
* Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and donor database systems.
* Flexible, collaborative team player who adapts well to changing priorities and organizational needs.
** REQUIREMENTS
* * Must maintain a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Requires regular travel throughout territory covered.
Compliant with health screening and vaccination requirements of organization and position,including Influenza vaccination annually.
