We strive to make music lessons as accessible and affordable to as many people as possible because we believe the importance of music education is essential to making the world a better, happier place.

The company is hiring private music instructors, especially for drums. Lessons can be conducted in the students’ homes, in your own home or studio, or via webcam. Although webcam lessons are a small portion of our base, most students prefer in-person lessons, so we need local instructors who can host students or travel within the Pasadena MD area.

You will be paid on an independent contractor basis between $20 and $30 per hour, based on travel time, experience/education, and student retention. You have the freedom to set your own schedule and develop your own curriculum and lesson plans. We handle advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing to help you focus on teaching music.

We seek individuals who are adept with kids, love teaching, communicate well with our office, and are organized and punctual. Formal music training is not required, but either a degree in music, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or prior teaching experience is required.
