Project Manager - Residential Electrical Projects
Baltimore based electrical contractor is looking for a Project Manager for their residential division. The Project Manager will manage residential electrical projects throughout the Baltimore area. Electrical Project Manager Requirements
- 10 years of residential experience
- Hard working and motivated individual
- Organized and thorough individual
- Respectful towards others
- Must be up to date on Residential code (2020 code)
- Must be able to read Blue Prints
- Must be able to mark houses off in the field for employees
- Capable of running anywhere from 4 to 6 different jobsites
- Must be able to put a schedule together for all employees a week in advance
- Must be able to use desktop/ipad
- Manage and schedule piece crews
