Resident Care Director

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Director-RN to lead clinical care in our senior living community. Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee resident care programs and clinical services within the community
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule nursing and caregiving staff to ensure high-quality care
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and physicians
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing standards, and company clinical protocols
• Monitor resident health status, coordinate assessments, and respond to changes in condition
• Partner with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support holistic, resident-centered care
• Drive continuous improvement, staff training, and quality assurance initiatives
• Participate in on-call coverage, emergency response, and incident reporting as needed
