Processes member purchases in a courteous and friendly manner, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering several types of membership products, scanning merchandise, and accepting various forms of payments. Provides excellent member service in an efficient and productive manner. Maintains the overall cleanliness of the front‑line department.

• Process member purchases and associated membership transactions, including renewal, upgrades, loyalty programs, and rewards redemption.
• Scan all club merchandise through a point‑of‑sale system to ensure accurate inventory counts and purchase totals.
• Accept payments via cash, check, or other charge payments and issue receipts or change to members.
• Assist members with operations and technical difficulties at self‑checkout stations and manage self‑checkout lanes.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front‑line area and assist with general club housekeeping when necessary.
• Return re‑sellable merchandise to the sales floor area and manage inventory replenishment as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolve and deescalate member concerns, and ensure a safe and positive environment for members and coworkers.
• Encourage compliance with club policies, procedures, safety standards, and promote inclusion, collaboration, and teamwork.
• Meet cashier productivity expectations and perform other duties as assigned, including assignments in other departments.

Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA);
Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean; deliver the Grand opening look daily; ensure all items are stocked and promotional plans executed; maintain visible accurate signage; keep the shop inside and out clean, organized, and well–presented; understand sales and financial performance reporting for the department.

• Basic math skills preferred.
• Prior cashier or sales experience preferred.

Full time spent moving frequently on hard surfaces, bending, lifting objects up to 30 pounds, and sometimes exceeding 30 pounds with assistance. Work is performed in a comfortable indoor area with infrequent exposure to temperature extremes, loud noises, and cleaning agents.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.40.
