• Deliver prompt and courteous service and assistance to all members.
• Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise across all departments.
• Ensure proper signage of merchandise and maintain accurate, visible signage.
• Keep sales floor clean, neat, and fully organized.
• Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non‑food merchandise, fold and organize apparel and books.
• Remove empty cardboard and other debris from the sales floor, shelves, display cases, and replenishing box bins; use a cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard.
• Return all returned and re‑shop merchandise to the sales floor.
• Adhere to all club policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain a friendly and positive attitude, embracing inclusion and diversity and working collaboratively as a team.
• Work with speed, agility, and innovation to meet and exceed member expectations.

Must successfully complete required training and certification processes. Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are required.

Most of the time is spent moving about continuously on hard surfaces, frequently bending, climbing, crawling, pulling, reaching, stooping, and climbing ladders or step stools. Frequently requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds and may involve lifting heavier or awkward objects over 30 pounds with assistance. Requires use of a pallet jack to pull and push pallets. Employees may be exposed to company‑authorized cleaning agents and indoor/outdoor temperatures, including occasional exposure to extreme temperatures in freezers and coolers.

Pay range for this position is $17.00 – $20.40 per hour, in accordance with Pay Transparency requirements.
