Job Summary

As a leading retailer in the pleasure products industry, Lions Den offers a safe and welcoming environment for customers to explore their desires. We currently have openings for part‑time sales associates at our Pasadena, MD location. The role is hourly, with a base pay of $15.00 per hour and potential commissions of $4.00 to $6.00 per hour. Full‑time associates are eligible for a full benefits package;

part‑time positions do not include benefits.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Experience in retail, sales or hospitality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with computers.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand 4–8 hours without sitting.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

• Frequent speaking to articulate and convey details or information accurately, loudly, rapidly, and professionally.
• Able to hear average or normal conversations to receive ordinary information.
• Average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to operate machinery and inspect documents and products.
• Physical strength to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must stand 4–8 hours without sitting.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Base pay: $15.00 an hour.
• Commission: $4.00–$6.00 an hour, depending on sales.
