Part‑time position (up to 20 hours per week), 3–4 days a week (typically 6am–2pm, including weekends). Responsible for performing general warehouse activities such as pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving items from the sales floor to a staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify counts and update locations, and operating equipment. Works within all digital initiatives (BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, Ship from Club).

• Process member purchases quickly, courteously, and friendly by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld scanner to pick, verify, and re‑package orders.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area and, when needed, pull from reserve areas to avoid replenishment on the sales floor.
• Communicate inventory or equipment problems, expired or short‑dated items, and replenishment needs with the club team.
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and key performance indicators.
• Follow BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club SOPs and maintain a neat, clean, and organized picking area.
• Handle damaged goods, spoiled products, returns, and determine disposition per club SOP.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures, including appropriate dress code, and perform any other duties assigned.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance as an essential function of the job.

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Experience in big‑box or wholesale retail preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to work 3–4 days a week, including weekends, within 6am–2pm time blocks.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.

Work involves continuous moving on hard surfaces, frequent bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping. Lifting up to 30pounds continuously, with occasional lifting and moving of heavier or awkward objects. Work area may involve loud machinery, temperature extremes for refrigerated orders, and occasional exposure to approved cleaning agents.

Pay range: $17.25 – $20.70 per hour (pay transparency estimate).
