The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. Responsibilities include managing facility upkeep, ensuring safety and functionality, and responding to emergency maintenance requests. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and able to lift 50 lbs.
