What You’ll Be Doing as the Entry-Level Accountant:

• Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with accuracy and attention to detail

• Assist with month-end close tasks, including reconciliations and entry-level financial reporting

• Maintain vendor records and support compliance with internal accounting policies

• Help prepare journal entries, accruals, and daily accounting transactions

• Use Excel to organize, track, and analyze financial data

What We’re Looking For in the Entry-Level Accountant:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or relevant coursework/experience)

• Internship experience or 1+ year in accounting, AP, or a business/office role

• Working knowledge of Excel (sorting and filtering required; VLOOKUPs a plus)

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
