Junior Accountant / General Accountant

We are seeking a Junior Accountant / General Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Net Suite, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and account reconciliations. This role is perfect for an early‑career accountant looking to build a strong foundation in financial operations within the technology/manufacturing industry.

• Manage full‑cycle Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, expense reports, and vendor account maintenance.
• Handle Accounts Receivable activities such as invoicing, customer collections, cash application, and credit management.
• Perform timely and accurate monthly account reconciliations (bank, credit cards, intercompany, and balance sheet accounts).
• Process transactions and maintain records within the Net Suite ERP system.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 13 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Net Suite (required).
• Proven experience in AP, AR, and general ledger reconciliation (required).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
