Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing administrative activities and requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment providing support to two service centers. The ability to problem solve with a proactive and positive approach to assisting others while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

- Provide administrative support: typing reports/presentations, managing schedules/calendars, coordinating training registration, and arranging travel.
- Coordinates mail (postal service, intercompany, private carrier)
- Orders, receives and maintains inventory of office supplies
- Assists managers with hiring and staffing service centers
- Assist the team with budget tracking, goods-receipt and other metric recording
- Assist the team with time tracking (Kronos) and reporting
- Assist with monitoring, maintaining and follow-up of day to day operational record keeping
- Adhere to all work-related health, safety, and SOPs, including the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Following up on and resolving payment issues in collaboration with the procurement team
- Preparing Purchase Orders (POs)
- Updating SAP for Goods Receipts
- Managing inventory and purchasing monthly office supplies, water, and cleaning supplies
- Preparing Purchase Requisition s (PRs) and sending POs for training-related expenses, if applicable
- Ensuring payment of all plant-related bills (water, electricity, city-related bills)
- Assisting in planning and scheduling meetings and events
