Job Title:
Mobile Admin Support Assistant
Work Location: Pasadena, TX (Chemical Rd)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Assignment Dates: February 23, 2026 – June 30, 2026
Status: Temporary (possible temp-to-hire)
Position Summary
The Mobile Admin Support Assistant travels between local facilities to scan, index, and manage lab-related paperwork while providing general administrative and billing support. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel locally to collect, scan, and manage lab-related documents
- Index and upload documents accurately into electronic systems
- Ensure all documents are complete, legible, and properly filed
- Support the billing team with document retrieval and administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using scanners, computers, and basic office systems
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Prior administrative or billing experience preferred
Interview Process

- Education/Employment verification: Yes (HS or equivalent)
