Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and quality assurance sector, is seeking a dedicated Document Control Clerk to join their team. As a vital member of the Quality Department, you will support the management and organization of controlled documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating smooth operational workflows. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

* + Coordinate and maintain controlled documentation within the company's document control system.

+ Review, revise, format, and control documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

+ Assist in organizing, archiving, and consolidating documents according to regulatory standards.

+ Support the creation of new documents, assign document numbers, and log content for easy retrieval.

+ Facilitate document change requests, review, approval, and retention processes, and support internal and external audits.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma required; associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

+ Knowledge of Records Management systems and technologies.

+ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.

+ Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and accuracy.
