Responsibilities
- Responsibleforcreatingcustomerinvoicesbasedonjobfilesreceivedfromoperationsorlab staff
- Responsibleforreviewingservicesprovidedandcreatinginvoicesinatimelymannerbasedoncustomer contracts, customer rate agreements or standard book prices
- Responsibleforensuringaccuracyofinvoicescreatedandforquestioninganyaspectsofbillingthatisnot immediately clear
- Provideassistanceasateammemberininvestigating billingissuesraisedbycustomersandfor resolvingina timely manner
- Responsibleformaintainingandupdatingcustomerfilesandfor uploading/enteringinvoicesandsupporting backup data into appropriate AmSpec or customer system being utilized in their area
- Anyothersimilardutiesrelatedtobillingadministrativeactivitiesasassignedby supervisor
- 1+yearexperienceinthesimilarfieldor position
- Highschooleducationwith Bacheloror Associate degree preferred
- Good communication,organization,andinter-personalskillsamust.
Abilitytoworkunderpressureandreact quickly, ability to work with little or no supervision
